Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician.
- Current, active, and unrestricted medical license for attendings and fellows.
- Final-year Internal Medicine residency standing for resident applicants.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and analytical written communication.
- Commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
- Independent contractor status.
- Experience in clinical teaching, medical research, or quality improvement initiatives (preferred).
- Interest in AI, clinical decision support, or healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic Internal Medicine case studies covering diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop clinical prompts focused on risk stratification, guideline adherence, and long-term patient management.
- Produce attending-level reference solutions aligned with current clinical best practices.
- Review and assess AI-generated responses using structured evaluation frameworks.
- Provide written feedback to identify reasoning gaps, inaccuracies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality across medical evaluations.
