Requirements
- Proven track record setting up and configuring Slack workspaces end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience working with fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated financial services companies.
- Direct experience integrating at least one of: PagerDuty, Monday.com, Sumo Logic, or AWS with Slack.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Consultative mindset with ability to ask sharp questions regarding use cases.
- Experience with data governance, audit logging, and least-privilege access principles.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a functional channel structure with appropriate permissions, naming conventions, and access controls.
- Connect core stack tools (PagerDuty, Monday.com, Sumo Logic, AWS) into Slack with configured alerting and workflows.
- Set up automations to streamline recurring processes and reduce manual overhead.
- Configure permissions and repeatable onboarding flows for new team members.
- Create maintainable documentation to enable the internal team to manage and audit the workspace post-handover.
