Requirements
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls, and VPNs (especially WireGuard).
- Strong proficiency in Linux distributions and familiarity with OPNSense gateways.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with GitHub, Docker, and Ansible.
- Genuine passion for open-source software and modern cybersecurity trends.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Basic understanding of Rust, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Must reside in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Design tailored security and network architecture integration plans including VPN, IAM, and 2FA for enterprise clients.
- Lead technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) phases.
- Guide new and existing customers through the installation and configuration of the Defguard platform.
- Address technical RFPs/RFIs and security compliance questions from client CTOs and SecOps teams.
- Translate client feedback into actionable feature requests for the core engineering team.
- Reproduce reported bugs and document them clearly for the development team in GitHub issues.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and open-source documentation.
