Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proven developer experience outside the ServiceNow platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM
- Familiarity with PMP/PRINCE2 practices
- Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles
- Experience translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Experience working with large data sets and data analysis/modeling
Responsibilities
- Work independently and as a technical team member
- Support multiple instances and domains for internal and external customers
- Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business and systems requirements
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new application enhancements
- Analyze system performance issues and determine enhancements
