Requirements
- Active license in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
- Availability during regular business hours for training and support.
- Willingness to become licensed in additional states.
- Ability to complete, sign, and lock documentation in EMR within 48 hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients as appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
