Requirements
- Licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- Must be licensed and in good standing with governing licensing board.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
- Available during regular business hours for 1 hour per week (first 6 weeks) for training, and 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
- Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria.
- Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approaches based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
