Requirements
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with full-stack development, including frontend frameworks like React.
- Track record of designing and operating SaaS integrations at scale (OAuth, webhooks, retries).
- Deep PostgreSQL and SQL expertise.
- Solid experience with testing practices (e.g., pytest, Jest, RSpec).
- Comfortable using Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and observability stacks (e.g., Datadog).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Anchor architecture decisions for AI/agentic stack patterns including skills, tools, and observability.
- Identify and automate high-leverage workflows end-to-end with department partners.
- Ship production-grade Python and TypeScript services, internal UIs, and SaaS integrations.
- Design robust PostgreSQL data models for automation and AI experimentation.
- Contribute to code reviews and improve testing, documentation, and runbook practices.
- Provide availability during agreed windows for production support activities.
