Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or data science.
- At least 3 years of sourcing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics and procurement practices.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute competitive bidding processes for low to low-medium risk projects involving direct and indirect commodities or services.
- Draft and manage contracts, contract amendments, and RFP/RFQ documentation.
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Conduct category assessments, including spend analysis, demand forecasting, supply market intelligence, and risk evaluation.
- Collaborate with legal and sourcing leadership to review and negotiate contract language.
- Provide guidance and investigate purchasing or sourcing issues for regional management teams.
