Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
- Exceptional client service and effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Outlook investor services inboxes, respond to routine client inquiries, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- Post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals.
- Manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
- Assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance.
- Collaborate with team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development.
