Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer shipping production services.
- Proven experience building platform components, SDKs, frameworks, or internal tools.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience operating production services on AWS or GCP (compute, networking, IAM, secrets, deployment automation, Terraform).
- Understanding of evaluation and telemetry for non-deterministic systems like LLMs or Agents.
- Strong developer-experience (DX) mindset with ability to iterate based on engineering feedback.
- Production security fundamentals including secrets management, OAuth/OIDC, and least-privilege architectures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with distributed US & Canada-based teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and designing a self-service platform for internal stakeholders to build, deploy, and run AI agents and automations.
- Architect and build self-service infrastructure frameworks for independent provisioning of runtime, deployment, and observability stacks.
- Codify and abstract AWS footprint (networking, IAM, secrets) into reusable infrastructure-as-code modules.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and observability practices for AI systems in production workflows.
- Align architectural deliverables with application workflows to ensure clean platform integration.
- Provide technical escalation availability for core platform infrastructure support during agreed windows.
