Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAT and UAT testing.
- Clear grasp of the test pyramid concept.
- Familiarity with test automation principles and basic test automation skills.
- Working knowledge of ISTQB fundamentals.
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and thorough test cases.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Experience working with technical and business documentation.
- Professional proficiency in both Polish and English.
- Experience with AI tools that support the SDLC (preferred).
- ISTQB certification (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects across SAT and UAT cycles.
- Write clear, accurate, and thorough test cases.
- Support the SDLC using modern, AI-assisted testing practices.
- Ensure systems and data platforms meet established quality standards.
- Work within a technical, fast-moving, and low-bureaucracy team environment.
