Requirements
- 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or agency side with exposure to SaaS, consumer apps, or tech brands.
- Deep mastery of typography, layout, and color hierarchy.
- Strong balance of both campaign assets and brand system work as shown in a portfolio.
- High skill in Figma.
- High skill in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to manage templates, design assets, and web layouts.
- Proactive operator capable of translating rough briefs into polished creative with autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Design assets across social, email, and digital ads built to move fast and test well.
- Evolve and maintain HubFit's visual identity and design systems to keep them consistent as we scale.
- Design marketing site experiences, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaign journeys.
- Build a library of reusable templates and brand assets to help the team execute faster.
