Requirements
- Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student in the assigned program.
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must have passed the class for which they are tutoring (Graphic Design 102) with a B or higher.
- Director review and approval.
- Must be a student eligible for Federal Work Study.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for course Graphic Design 102.
- Assist students with understanding course concepts, assignments, and exam preparation while encouraging independent problem-solving.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all tutoring interactions.
- Prepare for tutoring sessions by reviewing course materials and coordinating with students as needed.
- Accurately track tutoring hours and complete required Federal Work-Study documentation.
- Communicate regularly with the tutoring coordinator or supervising staff regarding student progress, scheduling, and concerns.
- Participate in required training sessions.
- Uphold institutional academic integrity policies.
