Requirements

  • Significant track record in a Senior or Lead level role delivering complex Salesforce Platform (Sales/Service Cloud) projects.
  • Deep expertise in Apex (triggers, services, async, test classes) and governor-limit-aware design.
  • Advanced proficiency in record-triggered and screen flows for automation.
  • Hands-on experience with LWC for custom UI development.
  • Strong command of Salesforce security models, including custom objects, Record Types, permission sets, and FLS.
  • Expertise in deployment and ALM, specifically SFDX source format, metadata/CLI deployment, and CI-based workflows.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, including REST APIs, Apex callouts, Connected Apps, OAuth 2.0, and Platform Events.
  • Basic fluency in API-based integrations and cloud microservice environments (Node/AWS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong preference for Spanish proficiency for collaboration with local teams.
  • Proven experience mentoring and leading engineering teams through technical guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce technical build, including data model, automation (Flows and Apex), UI (LWC), and security configurations.
  • Act as the platform design authority, ensuring schema and architecture remain coherent and performant.
  • Enforce production-grade engineering standards, including high test coverage and efficient metadata/CLI-based deployments.
  • Define and protect API and data contracts between Salesforce and backend integration services.
  • Manage technical risks, surfacing dependencies and technical debt proactively to keep delivery on track.
  • Translate complex platform constraints into plain language for non-technical stakeholders and project managers.
  • Lead and mentor engineers through technical reviews, coaching, and hands-on support.
