Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, AI program management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, enterprise AI platforms, or large-scale AI deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to assess build vs. configure vs. buy decisions with a focus on leveraging existing platforms.
- Strong program and portfolio management capability with experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy principles, enterprise security standards, and responsible AI practices.
- Proven track record in driving technology adoption through change management.
- Experience standing up new functions, operating models, or enterprise programs.
- Practical experience with platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders to identify and map business workflows suitable for AI-driven redesign and automation.
- Own the enterprise AI initiative portfolio, managing intake, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
- Develop business cases and ROI models connecting AI deployments to measurable business outcomes.
- Design and execute enterprise AI adoption strategies, including training and the activation of AI champions.
- Operationalize AI governance frameworks, including usage standards, data handling, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Office of Enterprise AI, executive leadership, and technology teams.
- Prepare and present portfolio reporting, value realization metrics, and risk assessments to the AI Steering Committee.
