Requirements
- Experience leading or managing product designers.
- Strong background in mentorship and design execution.
- Hands-on mindset comfortable with both guiding others and individual contributions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in cross-functional contexts.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Pendo, and Adobe.
- Solid grasp of UX and UI best practices.
- Experience with design systems and user-centered design.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative, and remote or distributed teams.
- Thoughtful, data-informed approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or cloud security domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of product designers, supporting their growth and high-quality output.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Guide the team through the full design process from discovery to delivery.
- Review design work to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to shape and align solutions.
- Leverage user research and data to inform design direction.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and documentation.
- Define design timelines and manage project priorities.
