Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, Measurement, or Attribution.
  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare marketing, paid media analytics, CRM analytics, customer engagement analytics, or marketing performance measurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, data modeling, predictive analytics, Power BI, and ETL/data transformation concepts.
  • Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating insights that influence business strategy.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, present complex concepts clearly, and create executive-level reports.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams while working within U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, autonomy, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), machine learning, forecasting, Azure, AI-assisted analytics workflows, or advanced attribution frameworks is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets across customer, CRM, media, healthcare, and behavioral sources to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.
  • Develop advanced analytics solutions, including segmentation models, audience scoring frameworks, attribution methodologies, predictive models, and behavioral analyses.
  • Build measurement frameworks for healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing initiatives to evaluate performance and business impact.
  • Use Python, SQL, AI tools, and workflow automation solutions to improve analytics delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and executive-ready presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Media, and Client Services teams as a trusted analytics advisor.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate new analytical approaches, technologies, and AI-assisted workflows to enhance data-driven decision-making.
