Requirements
- Proven experience in construction technology or adjacent built-world software.
- Expertise in product marketing with a track record of successful feature or product launches.
- Strong ability to partner directly with product managers and engineers to influence roadmaps.
- Hands-on operator experience in setting up, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns.
- Strong competitive analysis skills with evidence of impact on sales or product strategy.
- Excellent written and persuasive communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to effectively position AI-enabled software solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on setting goals and iterating based on performance metrics.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management and engineering to influence feature development and positioning from the design phase.
- Manage end-to-end product and feature launches, including audience segmentation, messaging, and in-app communications.
- Drive engagement and user adoption across the full customer journey using lifecycle campaigns and in-app messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis against P6, Microsoft Project, and other challengers to create actionable positioning and battle cards.
- Enable sales and solutions engineering teams with demo narratives, objection handling, and training materials.
- Develop consistent product messaging and positioning across all customer-facing surfaces.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and high-level marketing strategy.
