Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership.
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including senior leaders.
- Proven experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or multi-tenant systems.
- Experience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, SQL Server, Azure).
- Advanced knowledge of Classic ASP and experience with C# .Net on MVC Framework with Entity Framework.
- Strong background in modern software architecture (e.g., cloud-native, microservices, APIs).
- Prior executive leadership experience (C-level or VP-level).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing remote and globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Provide executive leadership over software development, architecture, infrastructure, and data initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineering leaders, developers, and third-party partners.
- Oversee system modernization efforts, including cloud strategy, platform optimization, and technical debt reduction.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into technology solutions and roadmaps.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all technology systems and applications.
- Develop and manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
