Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership.
10+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including senior leaders.
Proven experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or multi-tenant systems.
Experience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, SQL Server, Azure).
Advanced knowledge of Classic ASP and experience with C# .Net on MVC Framework with Entity Framework.
Strong background in modern software architecture (e.g., cloud-native, microservices, APIs).
Prior executive leadership experience (C-level or VP-level).
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
Experience managing remote and globally distributed teams.

Define and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Provide executive leadership over software development, architecture, infrastructure, and data initiatives.
Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineering leaders, developers, and third-party partners.
Oversee system modernization efforts, including cloud strategy, platform optimization, and technical debt reduction.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into technology solutions and roadmaps.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all technology systems and applications.
Develop and manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
