Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of building a Direct Selling business as an independent Ambassador/Distributor.
- Proven track record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization.
- Prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role.
- Thorough knowledge of Direct Selling industry, practices, and recruiting techniques.
- Expertise in social selling tools and leveraging social media for recruitment and enablement.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Willingness to work off-hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training sessions, and group or one-to-one coaching.
- Execute grassroots recruiting by contacting leads, networking, and managing events.
- Develop new Brand Ambassadors to sponsor and sell products using company tools.
- Identify, develop, and mentor leaders to support their growth.
- Create and implement quarterly training plans to increase the Brand Ambassador base and sales.
- Meet predetermined goals for sponsoring, revenue, rank advancement, and retention.
