Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of building a Direct Selling business as an independent Ambassador/Distributor.
  • Proven track record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization.
  • Prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role.
  • Thorough knowledge of Direct Selling industry, practices, and recruiting techniques.
  • Expertise in social selling tools and leveraging social media for recruitment and enablement.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Willingness to work off-hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training sessions, and group or one-to-one coaching.
  • Execute grassroots recruiting by contacting leads, networking, and managing events.
  • Develop new Brand Ambassadors to sponsor and sell products using company tools.
  • Identify, develop, and mentor leaders to support their growth.
  • Create and implement quarterly training plans to increase the Brand Ambassador base and sales.
  • Meet predetermined goals for sponsoring, revenue, rank advancement, and retention.
