- Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training sessions, and group or one-to-one coaching.
- Execute grassroots recruiting by contacting leads, networking, and managing events.
- Develop new Brand Ambassadors to sponsor and sell products using company tools.
- Identify, develop, and mentor leaders to support their growth.
- Create and implement quarterly training plans to increase the Brand Ambassador base and sales.
- Meet predetermined goals for sponsoring, revenue, rank advancement, and retention.
