Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense development
- Proven ability to design dashboards from scratch
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and SQL
- Experience with enterprise BI environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- English level: Upper intermediate
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards and applications
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, actionable visualizations
- Recommend dashboard structure, UX layout, and storytelling approach
- Build and maintain Qlik data models, including QVD layers and transformations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business logic
- Optimize dashboard performance and scalability
- Act as a subject matter expert for Qlik Sense capabilities
- Train and mentor internal teams transitioning from MicroStrategy
- Document development standards and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering teams
