Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- 5+ years' experience running customer-facing projects end to end in the life science industry.
- 5+ years' experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups.
- 5+ years' experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
- Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and updates.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery schedule by keeping resources aligned to commitments and ensuring the plan is followed.
- Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones.
- Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommend next steps.
- Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams (including project leads and team leads) through consistent communication.
- Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences.
- Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting.
