Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP/4 custom development experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience deploying and supporting SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency with IDocs, RFC/BAPI, file interfaces, and Proxies.
- Hands-on experience with User exits, customer exits, and BAdIs.
- Knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Exits, Forms, Workflows).
- Familiarity with ALE/IDoc, ALV reports, and Adapter Framework.
- Proven track record of engineering leadership and offshore team management.
- Strong system integration and data migration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead ABAP technical delivery for on-premise and Cloud SAP stacks, including ECC, S4 Hana, and SuccessFactors.
- Develop and support ABAP and WebDynPro applications within the SAP HCM system.
- Translate functional specifications into quality, documented ABAP code adhering to departmental standards.
- Partner with and guide an offshore development center in India for ABAP development tasks.
- Provide technical support including analysis, testing, and tracking resolutions.
- Facilitate resolution of design conflicts and collaborate with functional teams to ensure system quality.
