- Hardwired internet connection via Ethernet.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous remote work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in planning mountain vacations through inbound phone calls, emails, and web chats.
- Identify guest needs and offer appropriate resort products.
- Communicate resort policies clearly to guests.
- Provide assistance with booking changes, cancellations, and payment processing.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
