Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in global and technology-driven environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Solid experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Basic understanding of customer support processes.
  • Proactive profile, with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working in an environment which uses and stimulates DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of global programs, from planning through delivery and post-launch activities.
  • Manage complex, multi-region projects ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution of critical issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to minimize potential impact on delivery.
  • Monitor program performance through data and metrics, driving informed decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Promote continuous improvement of program management processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a strong customer-focused approach by applying knowledge of support processes and delivering high-quality solutions.
