Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing projects using the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and people skills for working with clients and internal teams.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, database queries (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT methodologies, including Agile.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead data and analytics projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to cross-functional project teams.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and providing strategic guidance.
- Elicit and assess business needs through stakeholder interviews to define project objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee solution design and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Coordinate data integration from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
- Guide the development of effective, intuitive dashboards and reports.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and user enablement for delivered solutions.
- Review deliverables for quality assurance and address issues.
