Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
At least 3 years of experience in project management.
Experience managing projects using the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI.
Strong project management skills with a track record of leading projects to completion.
Excellent communication and people skills for working with clients and internal teams.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.
Proficiency in data analysis, database queries (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of business processes and IT methodologies, including Agile.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Lead data and analytics projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks.
Provide direction, coaching, and support to cross-functional project teams.
Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and providing strategic guidance.
Elicit and assess business needs through stakeholder interviews to define project objectives.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
Oversee solution design and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
Coordinate data integration from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
Guide the development of effective, intuitive dashboards and reports.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and user enablement for delivered solutions.
Review deliverables for quality assurance and address issues.
