Requirements
- Degree in Pedagogy, Communications, Design, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in corporate education environments.
- Experience designing learning journeys, training materials, and digital educational content.
- Strong ability to analyze learning metrics and translate insights into instructional improvements.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Genially.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills for working with SMEs.
- Ability to manage multiple instructional design projects from concept to delivery.
- Experience using agile or structured methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and define learning objectives.
- Design and develop learning journeys, e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and blended learning programs.
- Structure complex educational content through storyboarding and storytelling in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Apply generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scenario creation, and assessment development.
- Manage and organize learning content within digital learning platforms to ensure usability and engagement.
- Design assessment tools and analyze learning metrics to continuously improve instructional effectiveness.
- Lead end-to-end instructional design projects using agile or structured methodologies.
