Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit research grants and contracts in accordance with sponsor and university regulations.
  • Advise faculty and principal investigators on administrative proposal requirements and budget development.
  • Monitor grant lifecycles, including budget tracking, effort reporting, and compliance with institutional and agency guidelines.
  • Manage the sub-award process, including establishing financial requirements and coordinating sub-agreements.
  • Reconcile monthly budget reports, identify cost transfers, and manage project close-outs.
  • Support international research activities, including managing sub-awards, foreign currency budgeting, and export control monitoring.
