Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12-15 years of hands-on software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and driving large-scale initiatives.
- Strong backend engineering expertise with practical experience using Spring Boot or modern backend frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems and operate in a software architecture capacity.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
- Proven track record in team mentorship, performance management, and organizational design.
- Experience managing distributed and remote teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and efficient resource management.
- Experience in fintech or regulated technology environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-wide technology strategy to ensure scalability across markets and products.
- Align architectural, infrastructure, and delivery strategies with reliability and security goals.
- Build, lead, and scale multiple high-performing engineering teams and engineering managers.
- Set and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, QA automation, and CI/CD maturity.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure usage, costs, and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities.
- Manage and reduce technical debt while implementing incident management and observability frameworks.
