Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership and project delivery.
- Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
- Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
- Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.
- Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems.
- Experience working with messaging systems and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including understanding of transactions, locking, and indexing strategies.
- Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated delivery, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Develop and implement new features based on project requirements and specifications.
- Write, test, and debug code to ensure software functionality and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to software design principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
