Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Target Recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience managing Adobe Target Catalogs.
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Target Data Collection Rules.
- 3+ years of experience building A/B, XT, AP, and MVT activities.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customizations.
- 2+ years of experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Launch or other tag management solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and A4T.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
- Advanced English Level proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Adobe Target personalization and experimentation solutions.
- Configure and maintain Adobe Target Recommendations, Catalogs, and Data Collection Rules.
- Build and optimize A/B, multivariate, automated personalization, and recommendation activities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Analytics teams, and Developers.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Platform and other Martech solutions.
- Develop front-end implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation, integration, and configuration issues.
- Partner with Analytics teams to validate tracking and experiment measurement.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
