Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales in a manufacturing or technological environment.
- Strong interest in technology and technical products.
- Experience in a technical field, sales, or customer support.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet driving eligibility requirements.
- Ability to safely lift, move, or position materials weighing up to 90 pounds on an occasional basis.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate FARO Creaform technology to interested and potential customers.
- Participate in trade shows, technical events, open-houses, and sales meetings.
- Ensure steady follow-up on sales opportunities using the CRM system.
- Identify and communicate customer needs and specifications for quotes.
- Act as point of contact and provide technical support during customer evaluations.
- Report sales progress weekly and participate in forecast review meetings.
- Develop a network of contacts within the designated territory.
- Manage existing customer relationships over the entire product life cycle.
- Protect profit margins by focusing on value-driven sales.
