Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience building and maintaining microservices.
- Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach.
- Upper-intermediate+ proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers through code reviews, design critiques, and career mentorship.
- Design and build scalable solutions, balancing production-quality code with rapid PoC development.
- Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with integration teams to deliver project objectives.
- Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Manage technical debt strategically while implementing new technologies.
