Requirements
- Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, engineering, computer science, or data science.
- 8+ years of AI engineering experience.
- Strong track record of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for complex digital, data, or AI-enabled products.
- Proven experience in AI and data-driven product environments, including translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with proven ability to collaborate across Engineering, Innovation, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams.
- Experience managing and developing product managers or junior product leaders.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities and make informed tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of agentic AI solutions for business-specific use cases and workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day engineering execution for forward-deployed AI initiatives, including planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational readiness.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, engineering standards, and governance requirements.
- Drive integration of AI solutions with business systems, data sources, and operational processes to enable effective end-to-end workflows.
- Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and operational outcomes to identify enhancements and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with platform, data, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure compliant, efficient deployment.
- Communicate progress, technical decisions, risks, and business impact to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
