Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in agency and/or e-commerce paid social roles.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with budgets from $50K to $500K+ per month.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Excel, TripleWhale, and Shopify.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to independently manage escalations and resolve client concerns.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
  • Ability to obtain Meta Blueprint and TikTok certifications within six months.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to meet client KPIs.
  • Oversee 12-14 client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop advanced optimization strategies including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
  • Analyze performance data using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify.
  • Deliver data-driven reporting and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client escalations and performance challenges independently.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior team members.
