Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in agency and/or e-commerce paid social roles.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with budgets from $50K to $500K+ per month.
- Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Excel, TripleWhale, and Shopify.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Ability to independently manage escalations and resolve client concerns.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities.
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
- Ability to obtain Meta Blueprint and TikTok certifications within six months.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to meet client KPIs.
- Oversee 12-14 client accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Develop advanced optimization strategies including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Analyze performance data using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify.
- Deliver data-driven reporting and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Manage client escalations and performance challenges independently.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior team members.
