Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in team management.
- Advanced knowledge and practical skills in Agile methodologies.
- Very good knowledge of project management tools, specifically Jira.
- Ability to prepare project reports and analysis.
- Fundamental knowledge of IT project management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- High business awareness with deep knowledge of the IT industry and its market conditions.
- Very good command of English (min. B2+ level).
- PSM, Agile PM, Kanban, or related certifications are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective development processes using Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Build positive client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded collaboration.
- Support the development team and Product Owner in prioritizing and refining project tasks.
- Monitor work progress, proactively identifying and removing impediments.
- Conduct regular team meetings and report on project status.
- Implement Agile best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
- Promote Agile/Scrum values and shape effective team working habits through coaching and facilitation.
- Deliver information regarding process status and potential process risks.
