Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience.
- Expertise with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Experience developing Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services.
- Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft reporting technologies.
- Strong SQL skills and in-depth understanding of the PeopleSoft data model.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, AWE, and customization best practices.
- Willingness to complete a technical coding assessment as part of the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, pages, records, and components.
- Build and support Application Engine programs for batch processing, data conversion, and enterprise data integration.
- Develop and maintain Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, File Layouts, and system integrations.
- Create and optimize SQR, BI Publisher, and nVision reports.
- Configure and maintain Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) processes and workflow automation.
- Partner with functional consultants to perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Lead unit testing, support system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Optimize SQL queries and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
