Requirements
- 2–10+ years of software engineering experience in industry environments (internships excluded).
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience building scalable web applications.
- Experience working with distributed systems.
- Ability to work across the full technology stack.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional engineering environments.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy and ownership of complex technical problems.
- Comfortable working as a generalist across multiple technologies and layers of the stack.
- Interest in financial systems, payments, or large-scale transactional platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, or GraphQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full stack features across a global digital payments and wallet platform.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems supporting real-time transaction processing.
- Debug and resolve production issues across multiple services and layers of the technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve product capabilities at scale.
- Contribute to backend and frontend engineering standards, tooling, and development best practices.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Work in a distributed environment with strong communication and alignment across global teams.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across services.
