Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth startup or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) solutions, particularly involving multi-step workflows.
- Strong experience in 0→1 product development and scaling products from early stage to maturity.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven products, including conversational or agent-based systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with fast-paced execution and delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and user insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with workflow automation, AI/ML-driven products, or HR/recruiting technology is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take full ownership of complex product areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for a critical product area, including defining KPIs and long-term success metrics.
- Lead 0→1 and 1→10 product development initiatives, translating ambiguous problem spaces into scalable product solutions.
- Define and refine customer segments, personas, and market thesis to guide product direction and investment decisions.
- Drive product execution in close partnership with engineering, ensuring prioritization of high-impact initiatives and timely delivery of milestones.
- Use both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and guide roadmap evolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and deliver meaningful customer value.
