Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, including leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives end-to-end.
  • Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs involving ERP, CRM, or other enterprise technology platforms.
  • Strong background in governance design, portfolio/program integration, and enterprise execution frameworks.
  • Experience managing program budgets, vendor relationships, and system integrator partnerships, including contract and change order oversight.
  • PMP certification required; PgMP or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of hybrid delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models).
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive decision alignment.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive clarity in large-scale environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across complex programs.
  • Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate end-to-end program governance structures, including steering committees, reporting cadences, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
  • Own the integrated master program plan, aligning vendor, IT, and business workstreams into a single execution roadmap.
  • Manage program-level risk, issue, scope, and change control processes, ensuring early identification and proactive mitigation of delivery risks.
  • Oversee program budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across vendors, internal labor, and technology investments.
  • Coordinate cross-workstream integration to manage dependencies, sequencing risks, and delivery alignment across multiple initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge to executive sponsors, delivering clear, decision-ready program updates and status reporting.
  • Ensure vendor and system integrator performance is aligned with contractual expectations, managing change orders and accountability.
  • Embed change management as a core component of program delivery, ensuring organizational readiness aligns with technical execution.
  • Establish and run PMO operations, including tools, standards, reporting structures, and resource coordination across the program.
  • Mentor and guide junior program management staff, strengthening enterprise program management discipline across the organization.
