Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Intelligence, Growth Analytics, or related fields.
- Proven experience supporting Product organizations in SaaS or technology companies.
- Advanced SQL proficiency including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
- Experience with modern BI platforms such as Looker, Omni, or Grafana.
- Ability to build and maintain scalable dashboards.
- Python experience for data analysis is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, specifically using AI to redesign analytical workflows and automate reporting.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Excellent business judgment and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Enable Scout and other AI teammates to handle analytics requests autonomously.
- Build the data and logic behind analytical requests to teach the AI system reliably.
- Investigate product hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities.
- Challenge business assumptions using data-driven insights.
- Propose new methods for analyzing business performance.
- Partner with Product leadership and support strategic initiatives from the Office of the CEO.
