Requirements

- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Google Suite.
- Experience with Professional Services Automation software (e.g., Kantata/Mavenlink).
- Analytical thinking skills for quantitative and qualitative problem solving.
- Technical aptitude for data flows and systems integration.
- Ability to travel onsite as needed for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions to support client business initiatives by translating business models into effective technology strategies.
- Manage client accounts by hosting planning meetings, ensuring proactive communication, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Create and manage detailed project plans and resource schedules using project management software like Kantata.
- Lead client engagements, delegating tasks internally to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and deliver consultative outputs such as process maps, business assessments, and technology stack audits.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by aiding in the development of consulting proposals and scopes of work.
- Remove roadblocks to tasks and manage scope creep by resetting expectations with stakeholders.
