Requirements

  • Experience with Professional Services Automation software (e.g., Kantata/Mavenlink).
  • Analytical thinking skills for quantitative and qualitative problem solving.
  • Technical aptitude for data flows and systems integration.
  • Ability to travel onsite as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Architect solutions to support client business initiatives by translating business models into effective technology strategies.
  • Manage client accounts by hosting planning meetings, ensuring proactive communication, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans and resource schedules using project management software like Kantata.
  • Lead client engagements, delegating tasks internally to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Develop and deliver consultative outputs such as process maps, business assessments, and technology stack audits.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives by aiding in the development of consulting proposals and scopes of work.
  • Remove roadblocks to tasks and manage scope creep by resetting expectations with stakeholders.
