Requirements

- Comfortable making a high volume of short outbound calls.
- Strong attention to detail when documenting call outcomes.
- Able to work independently once trained on the workflow and script.
- Organized and dependable with consistent follow-through.
- Previous experience in phone-based research, customer service, call center, or outbound calling (preferred).
- Experience using spreadsheets or CRM systems to document interactions (preferred).
- Familiarity with business research or data validation projects (preferred).
- Experience working remotely in a structured, metrics-driven environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses from a provided account list.
- Follow a standardized call script to verify company employee counts.
- Present each call as independent research in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make up to five contact attempts per account before marking it complete.
- Accurately record call outcomes, employee counts, and any relevant notes.
- Maintain organized records to ensure results are easy to review and analyze.
- Follow established workflows while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
