Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated success building and shipping production-grade platforms and systems.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, authentication, and observability for AI and agentic systems.
- Proven experience delivering high-stakes consulting engagements across diverse language paradigms and stacks.
- Proficiency in languages and frameworks including Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, and SQL.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML features such as recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and RAG pipelines.
- Track record of leading modernization and replatforming efforts to align legacy systems with business needs.
- Ability to lead architecture-level solutions involving scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Strong facilitation skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders through ambiguity.
- Proven leadership in mentorship and team support at scale.
- Experience with platform engineering, Databricks, DevSecOps/DevOps, MLOps, and Infrastructure as Code is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding of their domain and objectives.
- Drive platform engineering work at the client level, connecting long-term technical vision to what ships.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution, connecting technical decisions to product and business outcomes.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Influence client CTOs and executive decisions, planning technical work that involves stakeholders across the organization.
- Coach client engineering teams, transferring knowledge and leveling up practices.
- Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps for large engagements.
