- Ability to work night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST)
- Fresh graduates with internship experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Research universities across the US to identify recruiting opportunities
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
- Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines
- Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
- Collaborate with your manager to refine sourcing strategies
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies
- Contribute ideas to improve the hiring process
