Requirements
- 6+ years of Workday report writing and integrations experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio development.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
- Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java.
- Experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving Third Party Finance, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
- Knowledge of all phases of the system development lifecycle including production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday and third-party systems integrations.
- Create technical design specs and perform unit and system integration testing for all integrations.
- Configure and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, Complex Calculated Fields, and XSLT/xPath.
- Manage Workday integration analysis, system configurations, and production deployment.
- Lead integration projects with third-party vendors from discovery through implementation.
- Monitor system health, resolve enterprise support tickets, and perform root cause analysis on integration failures.
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions including discovery boards, dashboards, and analytics.
