Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in eCommerce.
- Expert knowledge and experience with the Shopify Ecommerce platform.
- Strong understanding of Liquid, Javascript, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, REST, and Git.
- Experience with Shopify development including Themes, APIs, Apps, Functions, and Extensions.
- Thorough knowledge of front end, component-driven software technology, and microservice design architecture.
- Thorough understanding of the lifecycle and methodologies of software development.
- Experience working with JIRA/Confluence or other ticket management systems.
- Expertise in software documentation and technical writing.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage commitments to multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Write high quality code using Liquid, Javascript, Tailwind, GraphQL and other front end frameworks.
- Own medium to high complexity frontend feature development and drive completion and quality.
- Plan and delegate tasks to other engineering team members.
- Anticipate risks and provide solutions.
- Distill complex asks into actionable solutions and tasks.
- Arbitrate the release process to ensure all perspectives are heard.
