Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in auditing, CFO, regulatory or standard setting, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or expert witness services roles.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience executing high-quality client delivery and managing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Significant experience in the financial services and insurance industries.
- Prior audit experience.
- Additional relevant certifications including CFE, CFF, or others.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow junior team members on client work and business development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation, and client service.
- Oversee and execute engagements including complex investigations, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services.
- Guide the development of client deliverables including reports, presentations, and data visualizations and testimony.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic insight.
- Expand your book of business and contribute to the growth of the Complex Accounting & Litigation practice.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with law firms, regulators, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
