Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord.
- Strong command of Python or Node.js.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and async request handling.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of platform-specific message templates, limits, and approval flows.
- Experience with hosting and deployment via Docker, serverless, or PaaS.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
- Portfolio or examples of previously built bots.
Responsibilities
- Build bots for WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, Discord, and similar platforms.
- Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling.
- Integrate bots with LLMs like OpenAI or Anthropic for natural language responses.
- Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party booking or payment systems.
- Manage webhooks, rate limits, and platform-specific message formats.
- Evaluate AI-generated code, refactor for reliability, and implement logging and monitoring for production health.
